Caps for limited lots
Only 40 bags of that Gesha? Cap it at 40 per day and it shows sold out when it fills. Per-location caps let a café pickup point and the roastery hold different numbers.

Customers pay in full at checkout and funds go to your own Stripe account on its normal schedule — typically about 2 business days. We take no per-order cut. Prefer Venmo? Turn it on and customers can pay your @handle; you confirm each one.
